点评：Very disappointed in their policies. They will still take money even from a child when they know they’re closing early for the day. My teenage son saves his paycheck from his part-time job to pay for a lift ticket only to get one hour because they closed early. By the way, they closed early because they decided it was too warm. When they know they’re going to close, they should stop selling lift tickets at a reasonable time. When I tried to complain, all I got was Customer Service, who is located in the Philippines. They could not provide me with a contact phone number for Mt. Brighton directly. I was left on hold several times. When I finally spoke with someone, they said they would investigate. They did not call back they simply sent me an email and said that my son was told they would be closing in an hour when he purchased the ticket and still decided to buy a full day ticket. Just bad policy. I hope these people who make these decisions don’t have teenage children who work hard at a part-time job to be able to afford to pay for a lift ticket. I will not be recommending Mount Brighton to anyone.
