An unforgettable journey to the truffle world 🌳🐕🦺
Truffle in Tuscany的点评
点评：The experience with Massimo and his family has been truly one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences of our lives.
Massimo helped us with the directions and picked us up with his gorgeous dog hunter Mella.
He provided us with umbrellas and boots, then off we went to explore the forest together.
Massimo told us many interesting stories about his life journey with truffles, facts and details on how to identify the real truffle among the imitations.
The hunting hike was incredibly fun and successful- Mella found us 3 black truffles.
We went back to his welcoming home, met his gorgeous dogs and his beautiful family, then began cooking the truffle meals with Barbara, we had great conversations and learned a lot about the proper manner to cook truffles and about the Italian cuisine in general.
We can’t wait to come back and hunt for some white truffles this time.
We are very grateful for this opportunity and would recommend everyone to try this at least once.
