点评：The venue itself was excellent; everything was clean, and the attendants were professional and helpful. The attraction design was nearly a 5-star experience, though a few more complex puzzles would have made it perfect.
However, I am rating this 3 stars because the business model feels flawed. Guests pay a premium price for a strict one-hour slot. Because of the high cost, there is immense pressure to 'beat the clock,' which often leads players to accept hints from staff just to finish in time. Unfortunately, receiving hints diminishes the satisfaction of solving the puzzles yourself.
A better model would be to offer the standard hour, but allow guests to purchase additional time at a discounted rate to finish later if they get stuck. This would remove the pressure to rush, preserve the sense of achievement, and ultimately benefit both the players and the business.
