点评：I was disappointed with my day at Revas spa, waited 6 months to get an appointment here, I know it has lots of great reviews and perhaps it was just the staff on the day but a few things let it down. I had a back neck and shoulder massage, leg and foot massage and mini facial. They were fine apart from a few little things missing like putting a towel under your head for the facial, I was lying down flat on the bed which is unusual, every other spa I have been to puts a little towel under your head to make it more comfortable. Also they would usually prop your ankles up with the towels when you are lying face down. Felt like we were brought to the relaxation area and abandoned. The relaxation area itself was so noisy with people banging door. Had to wander back and find our own way to the thermal suite. Other people had staff walk them around show them all the features of the thermal suite, asked them if they wanted drinks etc. we went and found a staff member to order drinks and despite waiting 30 mins for them we never got them but they were added to our bill when we checked out. Also the outdoor hot tub was freezing, there was a little hut beside the hot tub that I think was meant to be like a pool Steam room, there was buttons on the wall for aroma or mist, pressed both and neither worked. Overall was not impressed with the spa. The hotel itself is lovely and we had a gorgeous lunch and cocktails but would not be returning to the spa.
