Disappointing and Poorly Organized Dolphin Feeding Experience

点评：We joined the wild dolphin feeding program with great excitement, but unfortunately, the whole experience was badly organized and very disappointing.
We arrived early and followed staff instructions to queue up in the designated line. However, once the feeding started, the staff suddenly began splitting people into smaller groups to enter the beach. Instead of organizing by the original queue order, some staff went directly to the back and middle of the line and pulled people forward, while others who had waited patiently from the beginning were left behind. Many people also cut into the line, and no staff member was there to manage or correct it.
Then, those who joined the queue late ended up feeding the dolphins much earlier, while early arrivals like us waited much longer. When it was finally our turn, staff told us that the dolphins were already full and rushed 3-4 people (2 people per fish in the beginning of the program) to share one fish to finish quickly. The whole process felt chaotic, unfair, and disappointing, especially after waiting for so long.
