点评:We've been here five times - yet four of the visits were with our kids when they were little between 15 and 20 years ago. Went back in Feb 2025 for the first time in 15 years as a couple. Interesting place that has animals that are rescued - mainly birds such as ducks, flamingos, curassows, and macaws. There's also an alligator section and they have tortoises. They are rebuilding the otter exhibit. The grounds are totally in the shade - which is great for hot, sunny, Florida. To do the whole thing, takes roughly an hour. There are areas that are up-to-date, and some that need work. It has been open since 1936 (with some closures 10 or so years ago with new management) and they are working to gradually modernize. There's a great gift shop and a few indoor exhibits. Big enough to be worth it, small enough that even 3-year-olds can do the whole thing.
