点评：I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I arrive at a class 2 minutes late and was not allowed to do the class and charged a $20 fee. I was told to call back at noon to see if availability in evening classes. After calling for over a hour I kept getting a vm. I then get called back by a woman who would not give her name. She called me dumb and cursed at me and then hung up. I then called back and the person still wouldn't give me their name and said we don't want to talk to you stop calling. The owner then sends me an email saying you still need to pay $20 even though I arrived at the class. I have never in my life came across a business like this. They have no customer service are disrespectful. I can totally relate to the other reviewers. First and last time with this business
