Disappointing Experience Despite Good Food

点评：We left this experience feeling disappointed, and I think it’s important to share our perspective so others are aware. I rated it a 2 (and not 1) because we did, in the end, learn how to cook and enjoyed the meals we prepared.
However, the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. The instructor began the class without waiting for all participants to be ready or offering any help with the aprons. When I asked for an apron for my younger daughter (who was too young to cook, as we had clarified in advance), the request was refused, which made her feel left out.
The lowest point, though, came at the very end. The instructor and staff simply walked out of the building without a word—no goodbye, no thank you, and no acknowledgment of the time we had spent together. It felt abrupt, dismissive, and left us with a bitter impression of the whole experience.
To make matters worse, there was also no refund for the fee charged for my 4-year-old daughter, who was not allowed to participate in any way—not even by wearing an apron.
A cooking class should create warmth and hospitality, and it only takes a small gesture to end things gracefully. Unfortunately, that effort was completely missing here.
