Keystone State Park的点评
点评：Can I just say we cannot wait to return to this state park!!!! I can honestly say that this park we were so impressed with...it is BEAUTIFUL and SO WELL TAKEN CARE OF! You can tell that the employees, park rangers, and camp hosts take pride in their jobs and roles because everything was so well-maintained, the signs were so clear to let us know where to go and how to find things, and we continuously saw park rangers driving around making sure that everyone was safe and respecting the park, wildlife, and rules! My husband and I also realized that the time to come to these state parks is April- the weather is gorgeous, not too hot, and the place is nearly empty! We stayed in Lake Country and there were about 6 other campers/RV's in the whole area for this part of the state park. And- we were all spread out so we had little sections to ourselves.
I have to say I was sad that not everyone follows the rules to clean up after themselves and their pets, but this was mostly prevalent down by the lake where people come for day use/not camping. There was garbage- empty cans and wrappers on the beach area and dog poop not cleaned up by others. However, again, this is where the day use occurs.
For the campsites- the bathrooms and showers were SPOTLESS! I saw employees cleaning these on a daily basis. In addition I am not sure how often the dumpsters are emptied but we were very impressed that the garbage bins and dumpsters were not overflowing.
The dump station is clearly labeled from the road and also very well maintained.
Just so impressed with this state park and can't wait to revisit!
