点评:Very disappointed with my recent experience at ODEON Port Solent.
I visited with two friends to watch The Devil Wears Prada. During our visit, myself and one friend both purchased Ice Blast drinks. After returning home that evening, both of us became unwell with stomach cramps, sickness and severe diarrhoea.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the difficulty in getting a response. After initially contacting ODEON, I received no reply and had to chase the matter through Facebook before I finally received a response.
I raised my concerns because the Ice Blast was the only thing we had both consumed in common. While ODEON eventually responded, I felt my concerns were dismissed without a thorough explanation. I was told checks had been carried out, but no details were provided, and my follow-up email requesting further information went unanswered.
What disappointed me most was not just the illness itself, but the lack of transparency and customer care when I tried to raise a genuine health concern. As a customer, I expected my complaint to be taken seriously, my questions to be answered and communication to be better throughout the process.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this cinema’s customer service and will think carefully before returning.
