Beautiful location, great wines, explore the grounds when visiting.

点评：Cline is still a family owner winery. A rarity in today's market. They have an excellent variety of wines and very knowledgeable servers in their tasting room. The tasting fee is very fair and you can simply purchase a generous pour for $14 and wander the grounds. Our server was Chandler and he took great care of us. Picnic items are available to buy on site and there is ample seating areas on the grounds along with 4 ponds with fish, ducks and turtles. A small pen in the back has donkeys for the kids to interact with.
Cline has a great reputation and is located in an area of Sonoma County that get cool breezes from the San Francisco Bay, which makes picnics very pleasant on the grounds of this winery.
Cline produces some wines that others have ignored or forgotten about. My favorite is Ancient Vines Carignane- brought to California by Europeans coming to the gold fields in the mid-1800's. Over time it became viewed as a poor persons wine or simply a "filler grape" in bulk production. However, Cline has it as it was originally meant to be and it is very good!
