点评:Horrible Customer service in philipsburg St maarten. Bought an item here and on the same day i realized it had an issue. The guy who sold me the item was awesome and cool. But when I went back to the store on the mobile section to complaint about this guess what. The local guy there was rude. Another indian guy ignored me and went to another customer and After 3 minutes I asked him what are u gonna do about this. He shaked his head and looked at it and he did fix it a small problem with something they installed for me which I paid for. I asked him will this happen again?? He shaked his head? Whats that supposed to mean huh? I gave him a piece of my mind and walked out the store. He didnt talk to me once nor appologized. I hope the team finds this Man and makes him understand. Boolchands has lost a loyal customer. Also didnt want to say this but the store is crazy overpriced. The customer service is horrible. I guess this is what happens when employees are uneducated and not paid well. Boolchands do better.
