Excellent food and drink with a nice shop, however most importantly, wonderful staff.

My parents visit the restaurant on a regular basis and it is always a pleasure to join them when I visit the U.K. The food is so nice, a great deal of pride and care is taken into the preparation and quality of what is served.
What makes the restaurant and shop so exceptional however, is the friendliness of the staff. Sadly, to find people with such a genuine nice attitude seems a rarity, To find so many in one establishment is a credit to the management for identifying these qualities and employing such exemplary individuals. Whether it is the manager himself(Didier?), the really pleasant waitresses or the super friendly lady in the shop who discussed cricket with me, they are without exception wonderful at what they do.
They deserve the greatest success.
