点评：I give this resort a 3 star rating, mainly for the staff, ocean and beach that actually should all get 5 stars. But there’s plenty of reasons for it not to get a higher rating, 3 might even be too generous.
First the pro’s;
Staff are lovely
Management quick to fix any issues
Rooms are nice and clean
Ocean and beach are pristine
Grounds are beautiful and well maintained
Pools sparkle
Lots of sun beds and shaded areas
Now the cons;
Food is extremely limited, worse than I have ever experienced in Cuba, nothing for vegetarians in a la carte restaurants, buffet ran out of eggs on second day and never got another delivery
Saw cockroaches in bread basket and at pasta station and lots of flies in main buffet and lobby bar, very off putting when selecting food
Music at pool area was way too loud, like being next to a speaker at a Taylor Swift concert, too loud to even talk to each other
Entertainment at pool was non existent, not even aqua fit
Resort ran out of a lot of drinks or mixers for drinks
In conclusion, I have been to Cuba several times over the span of 30 years and I can honestly say that this was the last time I will visit Cuba. It is heartbreaking to see the lovely employees live with so little.
Sadly the conditions they live with have only deteriorated over the years. This has flowed over into the hotels. Despite being a new hotel, about one and a half years old , the one gallery already has signs of wear and tear. Tiles missing on pool bar, pieces broken from walkway rails to beach, paint missing from signs in the lobby and ripped cushions on chairs in lobby bar and buffet. Electricity is also in short supply and it doesn’t look like things will improve anytime soon. Very sad.

总之，我 30 年来去过古巴好几次，我可以诚实地说这是我最后一次去古巴。看到可爱的员工生活如此拮据，真是令人心碎。
