点评:We went with friends for a trip on the Walter Scott with lunch afterwards in the restaurant included.
The trip was OK although we were not on the Walter Scott, which we had booked and paid for x four people, but an inferior boat. The lunch was OK.
The real annoyance was the woman who booked us in on arrival. Her name is Debbie.
Debbie - “ The Walter Scott is not available today, you will be on another ( inferior ) boat. “
No apology or explanation. No contact to tell us before we made a considerable journey to get there. Just an ignoramus with a couldn’t care less attitude. How do people with that attitude get jobs in the tourist industry or anywhere else???
Basically it is like booking a Rolls Royce for a wedding and a grossly inferior Merc turns up. Or book a hotel with a SeaView where you can’t see the sea. It’s the same as that.

I am contacting ‘ It is on ‘ to get a refund as we didn’t get what we paid for. I am not asking for a refund for the 4 lunches.
