点评：Spent £90 on a family of 4 to visit the " steam into Christmas" event and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Finding the place is extremely difficult but appreciate not the centres fault. Upon arrival greatest by two cheery volunteers and that's honestly where the magic stopped. Felt about as christmasy as the Easter bunny... basically no decorations as you walk around. The idea that children find Santa's lost reindeer in principle is lovely but the reality is you simply walk to 9 huts, queue and have your passport stamped and are given a very cheap (think Poundland) gift along the way. The huts aren't decorated apart from a dog tired reindeer who's ears fell off at ever hut. The queue to visit Santa was long and cold and whilst I appreciate to be expected, literally NO decorations, no Christmas music....nothing. Just queues of bored children and disappointed parents. We were told in the queue we were allowed 10 seconds to take a photo with Santa and whilst he looked the part there was zero interaction with the children. They weren't asked a single question, just one quick photo and on you way to pick a gift . Train journey back to the main station took less than a minute (and we had to wait 20 for it to arrive) , carriages again not a single Christmas decoration. My children asked to go home after an hour. Absolutely hands down the worst Christmas experience I have ever paid money for. Honestly if i had paid £10 for this I would have felt robbed. Save you hard earned money and do not book
