So called country music festival
The Renaissance at Kelham Hall的点评
点评：We attended the so called country music festival which was a huge disappointment, only 2 live singers for the whole day, stood under a tiny gazebo with some inflatable cacti either side!!
The food selection was awful and service no better,
When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the event the lady we spoke to on behalf of Kelham hall was very patronising and obviously was not good at handling criticism and spoke to us like we were kids!
Upon raising our disappointment via email to the relevant team we were met with the same patronising responses, they obviously have a huge ego and even after admitting that certain things were not organised properly refused to even offer a partial refund, it was clearly not a country music festival and was obviously catered more for people with kids, putting a couple of donkeys in a pen and having one fairground style stall! Amazing!!
It’s a shame that such a grand building from the outside (inside was very poorly done with a couple of hay bails for a photo!) is let down by the staff in charge who are very rude and patronising!
