点评：We had a terrible experience with this establishment, we had booked to have our wedding date here. The “contract” you sign isn’t a contract and has flaws throughout. Everytime they reach out to you on email it seemed they’d always threaten an extra charge then aswell as put a snipping image of a section of there fake “legal contract”. If you disagree with anything over the phone you are then accused of being aggressive. I feel the staff may need additional training on how to deal with customers. The last phone call I had with this business I recorded. I have a fantastic example saved to my phone of how aggressive they go with you if anything is challenged.
We visited the venue and it was beautiful in all honesty, it’s disappointing when the level of service Dosnt match up, if you have booked your wedding here and your having problems with them over the paperwork that you signed. It’s not even a lawful contract it’s been thrown together on the cheap to allow them to use scare tactics for you to loose money. This is an aggressive way of doing business in my eyes. Hopefully they take this review as feedback because it’s vital for them to improve on these services.
