Acessability needs serious improvement

点评：Recently I visited Dagfeilds unfortunately I found the accessibility very poor. The outside cafés were not accessible at all, and the car park was also difficult to use for anyone with mobility needs. While a small number of the antique shops could be accessed, most were cramped and not suitable for larger wheelchairs, which made browsing uncomfortable and limiting the footpaths are also very rugged with holes and loose stones all over the place which caught on castor wheels this was scary at times. The big indoor retail space has a big gap at the end where I almost fell out of my chair forwards which would have resulted in ingury.
It’s a real shame, as there is clearly a lot of variety and interest here especially as theres loads of trinkets with something for everyone, but the lack of proper accessibility means it isn’t an inclusive experience. I hope improvements can be made so that all visitors are able to enjoy what the centre has to offer. There was also only one disabled toilet which was down by the carvans the ramp to it was dangerous and the door hard to open as the flooring outside was all rippled with some parts jutting up so high it was a danger.
