点评：Recently a group of 7 of us went here for laser quest and karaoke. It was on one of the really hot days and the team did a good job taking care of us in the afternoon. They made sure we were aware of the heat, offered us a break between games for a breather and made sure we had time to cool down. Additionally they managed to get all 7 of us in one game without booking which was great. They also helped explain the game to a bunch of newbies within the group and allowed us to adjust the second game in such a way that allowed for more fun. The staff were even extremely helpful when it came to adding on karaoke in the evening. Showing us the room and sings available (there was a lot) before we booked. The room was private and really comfortable with a decent stage size. The only complaint I had was they made us discard of all water before we entered (in 30 degree heat) and had no water avaliable in the private room for karaoke without us ordering some. I had heard there was water within the reception area but it wasn't obvious too us until we left and it was a shame it was so far from the private room. I really would say it's a great venue and has brilliant customer service. They looked after us well and made us all comfortable within the heat. Perfect for a spontaneous birthday party!
