Hidden gem overlooking Monterey Harbour

点评：We absolutely love this place and come here almost every afternoon! There's a cute little walking path down below with some history markers and statues about the old battles that happened here.
And the views are just incredible! You get a perfect look at the harbor, the wharf, and the whole bay. It's the best view in town, hands down.
There is no admission fee, the parking is close to downtown Monterey and especially the Fisherman's Wharf. It's also our little secret for parking during festivals – we just ditch the car here and take a nice walk downtown. It's an amazing hidden spot that most people miss, tucked away just above all the action.
There are typically no crowds at all. It will take about 30 minutes to an hour to take it all in, including the steep walk up the to top. Great place to let your kids and pets stretch their legs.
