St. James Bay Golf Resort - The BEST place to stay in North FL

点评：St. James Bay Golf & Pickleball Resort is 5 star's. This "hidden gem" and is simply one of the best destination resorts in all of North Florida. The resort is located in Carrabelle FL, only 50 minutes from Tallahassee and 40 minutes from St. George Island.
My villa was spacious with a large bathroom, walk in closet, wet bar area, separate laundry room and open living room concept. The bed was very comfortable and the villas overall provided for a great upscale place to stay.
The villas are only steps away from this incredibly maintained Robert Walker designed PGA Golf Course. The golf grounds team ensures the course is meticulously taken care of daily. I am not kidding when I share that this course is the BEST golf destination in all of North Florida hands down.
Bruce, the Golf Pro and General Manager does a great job overseeing St James Bay Resort. His passion, pride and leadership is reflected within all areas of the resort.
My dining experience was also quite impressive. I stayed at the resort for a week and dined at the restaurant each evening due to the quality of dishes presented to me. The restaurant is called The Crooked River Grill and the chef's dishes represented quality-fresh cuisine, with great flavors and presentation.
I want to especially recognize Lisa Grundlock the Assistant General Manager. She makes you feel like your are the most important guest staying at the resort. Lisa went out of her way to ensure my stay was perfect! Her attention to detail, hands on support for the team and guest truly exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend St. James Bay Resort, weather you are looking for one of the top PGA rated golf courses to play on in north Florida, tennis, pickleball or just want to get to way to one of the most special areas of Florida, Carrabelle.
