A 'must-do' for every whisky lover and fan of Islay.
Bruichladdich Distillery的点评
点评：On May 29th, the two of us, along with another guest from Switzerland, took part in the distillery tour. Ashley was our tour guide, and she did an absolutely magnificent job. She took her time and explained everything very thoroughly, making it easy to understand even for non-Scots and whisky beginners.
During the tour, we enjoyed a tasting that took us through the entire world of Bruichladdich. We started with the unpeated Bruichladdich Bere Barley 2013, moved on to the peated Port Charlotte PC5 Redux, and finished with the peat bomb Octomore 16.3 at 189.5 ppm. To top it all off, we were even given The Botanist Islay Cask Rested Gin to taste. It’s insane what you get here for just £25! We were guided through the entire production area, including a visit to the warehouse. Best tour ever! On top of that, Ashley presented everything beautifully—really sweet ;-) a fantastic employee!
The visitor center is also wonderfully done—though we left the Feis Ile Edition "Yellow Submarine" for others to buy :-)
We highly recommend this tour to any Islay visitor and whisky lover.
