Bruichladdich Distillery的点评
点评：As an Islay Wiskey enthusiast, visiting Bruchladdich distillery was a major highlight that I do recommend.
The visit is comprehensive, and goes through the entire process of making Wiskey. The young lady who lead the visit was from a family living next door to the distillery, and had tons of nice stories and a profound knowledge of the house whiskys and history.
The tasting takes place in one of the cellars, and we tasted 3 great single malts.
Overall, it was a remarkable experience.
2 points for Bruchladdich team to consider, with the perspective that everything can be improved.
1) Perhaps there is a need for more than 3 recipients destined for driver’s? The glaces are filled properly (and thanks for that), which requires more than a recipient. Would be lovely.
2) I was looking to purchase few classics Octomore 7.3 or 8.3 or 10.3. Somehow, the house of Bruchladdich needs to have ok site the big classics
