Seven Points and Tatman Run beaches compared

点评：Wonderful, expansive water play at the lake. We're not boaters so we focused on the beaches.
Seven Points has a large area for swimming and splashing, almost all of it at walking depth. Several varieties of fish will swim alongside you. At no point was it crowded, whether weekend or weekday. The concession stand was open and fairly priced. Kayak/canoe/paddleboard rentals are available from a nearby concessionaire as well, in several different configurations. The water trampoline gives kids an inexpensive way to do something fun if they need a change of pace. The restrooms are acceptable at Seven Points - clean, if in need of an update.
Tatman Run is even quieter. No concessions are at the beach and the restrooms do not have running water - they're a large outhouse and by August they were in desperate need of a good service. There's a playground near the lake, which is nice, but it's showing its age.
