Beware of Thor II-60' Pontoon Boat

点评：Let me start out by saying...the lake is beautiful. A great place to visit. Our family rented a 60' pontoon boat. "Thor II". WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The boat was poorly maintained. Most of the windows did not open, one of the sliding doors did not seal and the screen was broken so we were unable to close. Those were just a few of the problems. The toilet did not work and stayed in the open position which let water run and disabling the pressure system. We were able to deal with that after we discovered it. Our biggest problem was when it rained heavily the second night and water came in around the shower and ran into the lower berth soaking the edges of the mattress and ultimately our clothing stored in the area under the bed. Upon removal of the bedding and mattress pad I discovered this had happened before. The mattress was water stained in an area that was dry. DISGUISTING. We returned the boat 1 day early since the bed was uninhabitable. The gal that checked the boat in accused us of leaving the window open causing the problem. WRONG. It saturated 2 sides of the bed. Not our doing. After much back and forth, we were credited a measly $200 for our inconvenience. An inconvenience is the broken doors and the sealed windows. This was a health factor. Would definitely not recommend renting this boat. Go to a place where they business stands behind what they sell and is fair when something goes awry. If I could give a -5 rating I would.
