Cancelled event, no refund, poor customer service

点评：Booked an event with this company which was later cancelled by them. I was moved onto an alternative date, however I was unable to attend and never received the service I originally paid for.
Despite this, my request for a refund was refused. Rather than taking responsibility for cancelling the original event, they relied on the passage of time to avoid resolving the issue, even though the service was never delivered.
Communication became increasingly poor. Initial responses were prompt, but once I challenged their position, replies stopped and I had to chase for any update, which is frustrating and unprofessional.
Even for a small amount, I would have expected a fair and reasonable resolution. The fact this was refused, despite the circumstances, reflects badly on how customer issues are handled.
Overall, this has been a disappointing experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.
