Disappointed, canceled tours, and still waiting on a €2,000 refund

点评：We booked and prepaid for two private tours with Korcula Adventures for our family trip, a private yacht trip to Mljet, and a 4x4 tour in Korcula. Unfortunately, the owner, Zoran, had to cancel both tours due to a family emergency. While we were deeply sympathetic to his situation, getting our money back has not been easy or quick.
Zoran promised a full refund of our payment ($2,400 USD / €2,000 total) on May 29th, stating it would take 7–10 business days via his payment processor. After following up on June 9th and still receiving nothing by June 19th, we have been forced to file a formal dispute with our credit card company.
To his credit, Zoran was cooperative over email and eventually suggested we dispute the charge. However, waiting nearly a month for a promised refund of this size is unacceptable for a luxury tour operator. If you decide to book here, I highly recommend asking to pay only a small deposit upfront rather than the full amount. Proceed with caution.
