A great boating experience.

点评：We had booked this last year, but it had to be cancelled due to the river conditions. Kris Crusiers kept us informed, we were able to reschedule. We were sent information on what to expect from our boat in advance. On arrival, the parking bay was reserved right opposite the boat. We put everything on board, then were given a 30 minute walkthrough on the facilities, followed by a trial run of how to handle the boat.
The holiday was fantastic, we had one issue where I dropped a metal cover down inside the engine compartment. An engineer was with us in 30 minutes, quickly retrieved the part, and we were on our way. The skipper’s hand book was filled with information and well laid out. On our return we were greeted, I was given clear instructions on how to reverse the boat into its slot, which I managed. The hand back was undertaken within around 20 minutes.
