点评：We visited on a Saturday afternoon in the run up to Christmas, for a pre-booked taster session and brewery tour. Which takes about an hour, plus some time to finish the selection of 6 x thirds of a pint each of a variety of excellent, and very different, beers available at the time. It was the first time I had visited and I would definitely recommend it. There were only the 3 of us on the brewery tour, despite the hall being very busy. Our tour guide was one of the brewers, who was brilliant and very knowledgeable indeed. We hadn’t actually booked a table for after the tour, but spotted that lots of tables were reserved. So we asked a member of staff, who managed to sort a table out for us ready for the end of the tour. After the tour and taster session we stayed for another drink and some excellent pizzas.
I would recommend booking a table before hand, if you can, as it was busy with walkers, dog walkers, families and beer lovers.
