Great watching Tampa Bay Ice Hockey, staff alcohol rules need improving

点评：We visited the stadium to watch the Tampa Bay Lightning ice hockey game. The experience of coming in and finding seat, staff absolutely great.
The game was really good. The entertainment in the brakes was good and good atmosphere in the stadium, tampa won the game in the last minute which was great to see.
Unfortunately, went to buy a beer after period one and was told by one person that I needed a passport with me and wouldn’t serve me although I had a driving license. Went and spoke to somebody else who said that I had to have an American or Canadian passport otherwise they can’t serve me alcohol.
Questioned this does this means that any tourists from other countries can’t buy a beer which was nuts, staff really need better guidance as none of them really have a clue what the rules are, including the supervisors who they called.
Luckily, a friend of mine managed to get us a beer with a UK driving license.
Apart from this issue, great experience.
