点评：From the very beginning, the booking process was seamless. They were very accommodating to our dates at a fairly last minute notice. We had Nelson as our guide, and he was very attentive to our needs and every last detail. Nelson was able to rearrange our entire schedule is based around our Kenya Airways flight delays which total almost 5 hours. We did pay extra for the luxury accommodations and they were fantastic! The meals that came with them were also tasty and satisfying. He was very knowledgeable of the country of Rwanda and its neighboring countries as well. The knowledge on the animals was spectacular. He was very timely and professional. We had the opportunity for him to help us get 50 soccer balls sourced that we could donate to one of the local community schools, who were so very grateful. He was happy to go above and beyond to coordinate all the operations to make that possible. He created some very extremely precious lifetime memories for us to carry forever. The gorilla track itself was once a lifetime opportunity as we were very fortunate to find a large family of gorillas that had four babies in it as well. The tracking is difficult when it is rainy and muddy, but that didn’t stop us from having an incredible time. Don’t be like me, make sure to pack some intense hiking boots! You will enjoy your time with Nelson, I guarantee it!
