点评:Over the weekend my family and friends attended Monkey Mania for my child's birthday. During the visit the staff behaved incredibly unprofessional and impolite.
They displayed offensive behaviour towards myself and my guests. When I politely offered to help they referred to my suggestion as "Dumb". They displayed antisocial behaviour, even went to lengths to comment on my homemade cake saying, "It's okay it was your first time". Max the Monkey was unenthusiastic and uninvolved, half-heartedly offering up a high five whilst staying glued to the far corner otherwise remaining completely motionless. Both staff members had differing opinions on the steps to take throughout the day, and it was such a mess for all involved. The cake time came around and the staff couldn't even attach a "happy birthday" bunting on the cake with the correct letters in the correct spots. Finally, whilst serving food to the young children the hosts (and I use this term loosely) would ask my 2yo child if she wanted food and if she was too timid (which most of them were) then they wouldn't serve her any, this led me to asking them to give them all a portion of everything. How can we leave it up to shy children to answer yes/no to a complete stranger, the birthday girl almost starved. This experience was disappointing and was not worth the money I spent. I walked away feeling offended, disappointed and heartbroken. Above all I was embarrassed in front of my guests. Never. Again.
