Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark的点评
点评：Where do I begin.
If yall haven’t gotten a class action suit in the works, it’s coming.
Full price tickets, and yet half the rides are out of commission. So it leaves the lazy river and overcrowding.
If you have a new policy, post it at the gate before entering, as well as posting it in Big Bold lettering on front of website.
I get the life jacket thing, but those life jackets are old and falling apart.
The over crowding in the lazy river is more dangerous. When there are an abundance of tubes, life jackets just floating in the lazy river it becomes a hazard. Not to mention, masses of people standing in front of the water shoot causing total chaos. Potential drowning there,
Fast passes are just that. However, we stood for over 20 minutes at the Boggy Board Ride waiting patiently for our turn ( there were only 4 people in front of us ) while the same fast pass riders rode over and over again. No, the answer should not be, just purchase a fast pass.
Paying $25-$30 for parking depending on the day is ridiculous, when you still have to walk a good distance. No drop off or pick up…, Why?????
Last but certainly not least, this facility does not have a PA SYSTEM. Only recorded music and announcements. Per my conversation with the very young and inexperienced Guest Service staff. As a mother and grandmother this by far I found the most disturbing. It’s to easy to get separated from your child, ( actually happened) and all I got was we can take your name and number and call you if she shows up. THIS IS THE MAIN REASON
WE WILL NEVER BE BACK.
No protocol for emergency situations at present time suggest to me, it’s all about the all mighty dollar. SAFETY IS NOT A FACTOR.
My advice SCHLITTERBAHN GALVESTON Clean up your act, before someone gets serious hurt.
