点评：Wish I could give it zero stars. I’d say I’m a pretty big NASCAR fan, try to attend a new track each year. I understand racing isn’t always the most exciting sport to see live. I’m a NASCAR fan rewards member and redeemed my points for tickets to Watkins Glen. It’s 12 hours plus round trip so this wasn’t just some afternoon drive. The roads leading to the track are the craziest I’ve seen, hills that make a roller coaster blush, driving literally in the middle of nowhere. You get to the track and get in the enormous line. I found a free lot and let’s just say it’s a free for all. Nobody is directing anything, cars everywhere, parking wherever they feel. My lot was just about filled, but with no warning from anyone. Already off to a rough start, I hate feeling like my car could easily get hit or damaged because of bad staff. What’s so hard to direct people to park like 99% of venues. Inside is nothing but long walks in the blazing sun. The views of the track are a joke, you can’t see anything. The free seats I got behind the pit boxes had about a 2 second view of racing. Couldn’t see the start/finish line or turn 1. How are these seats offered and who the heck paid for them? Those seats need to be removed, you couldn’t pay me to sit in those awful seats. If you don’t come here to party or camp there’s no point. You watch the race on the big screen, I can do that at home and not waste the miles, gas, hotel and everything else. Nothing whatsoever was redeeming from this race, boring follow the leader racing, below average facilities and bad views. If you ain’t camping I’d save the miles and watch it on TV.
