No Beach and no Aloha.

点评：The firs thing you should know, is this property it's gorgeous but it has NO sandy beaches.
Now the big story....I requested a Kamaaina rate especially for locals, but sadly had an expired Hawaii identification card which caused such an uproar with management, the told me 'they were doing me a favor" by allowing me to stay there, that ONE time. How insulting.
I live mostly in Hawaii but also have property in California. during the pandemic I was in a position where I had to get one or the other form of REAL ID, you can not have both. I could not travel to Hawaii I was in California, I got the real id in CA. The Feds makes the rules now, you can not have both types of ID's in two states, it's just the way it is.
So, I plead my case to management, showed them all of my proof of living on island, my Hawaii electric bill, my bank statement, my cable bill, car insurance (yes I have a car too ) everything, my CA ID is still good for 4 years, and Hawaii is okay with me having it. Even the COPS are okay with it at the police station.
But the management at Four Seasons Hualailai can not see that I am in bind because of the laws, and won't offer me the rates that are due to me as a Kamaaina.
Eh...I even speak Pidgin.
I give my business to the REAL Kamaaina places, not the fake Aloha properties. No Beach, and no Aloha is what I tell everyone about Hualailai.
