Miserable staff and a sarcastic landlord who don’t want the custom avoid!

点评：Having never been in this pub before and with my partner having breathing difficulties being able to park right outside we called in for a pre meal drink.
On entering and approaching the bar it was immediately obvious we weren’t particularly welcome, 3 behind the bar none happy judging by their faces and a begrudged hello returned from one of them.
“Do you have any fruity ciders?”
“Strawberry and Lime”
“Which make is it?”
“What?”
“A pint please and a pint of Strongbow”
Initially sitting inside we noticed a “beer garden” so decided to move there but on approaching the front door there was a chorus from behind the bar “You can’t take your drinks out there!”
“We would like to sit outside” pointing to the window facing the beer garden, “how do we get there?”
At this point the man behind the bar who I assumed was the landlord chimed in with “It’s called the back door!”
Bearing in mind we had never been in this pub before and the sign above said “Toilets” the sarcasm didn’t go down well but at least another customer had the curtesy to show us the way.
We drank up, went back through the pub and left.
NEVER AGAIN!
