Great pub.
The Wharncliffe Arms的点评
点评：To start with the brewery have done a brilliant job with the renovation of this pub. It’s spotless but isn’t a soulless rip out. It maintains its tradition brilliantly. The new lay out works really well. Great beer as you’d expect from the brewery and the pie was excellent.
What makes this place is the staff. A few young bar staff who really had pride in the place and their job. An extremely friendly and warm welcome and happy to have a chat giving it a great local feel.
Congratulations to the team and brewery. Great to see this place back.
One small gripe and one that is easily fixed, at night this place is SO bright inside. It’s got a lovely fireplace but somehow the 300 lightbulbs take away from the coziness. Would benefit a lot by dimming a bit or turning a few off.
