点评：Good Experience:
1. The trip was well organised and planned.
2. Covered most of the prime locations.
3. The team was just a phone call away in case we required anything.
4. Some of the properties booked were amazing.
5. Breakfast was complimentary. Lunch and Dinner provided in these properties was really amazing.
6. The properties we stayed in were as below:
a. Green Trees - Athirappilly (Amazing) - A small property but very well maintained
b. Riverdale Resorts - Munnar (Very Good)
c. Merryweather - Thekkady ( Amazing Property with top notch service)
d. Wood Castle - Kumarakom ( Homestay - Good Service and good food)
e. Marari Beach House - Below Average
Bad Experience:
1. The property booked on the penultimate day was well below average and it was no where close to what was shown in the itinerary. We felt like staying in Lodge. It was a homestay and during check in when we enquired about lunch we were told to order it from a nearby restaurant. However, the breakfast provided the next day was good. Experience Kerala team could have done better here. We had to manoeuvre through a narrow lane to reach this property, we lost our way twice while looking for this property and finally had to call the owner to guide us.
