点评：From the first point of contact till the last day of our one week holiday, everything went smooth and hassle free with Experience Kerala Holiday Planners. Mr Vimal carefully noted down our requirements and offered suggestions during our planning phase to make the overall journey a pleasant experience. The drivers who picked us up from different locations were friendly and knew the places really well.
Wayanad - They helped us to book a resort of our choice ( not from the list given by planners).
Munnar - The best and memorable resort experience we had here. It’s Windermere resort from the list given by experience Kerala team.
Houseboat - This was the only part where we had a below average experience :(. It would be helpful if houseboat staff had a proper place to sleep than using the facility given to guests. We had to wrap up from the main room and go to bedroom( no tv inside ) as the staff had to sleep in the main room. There was no space for extra bed, so we (3 adults ) had no other option than to sleep on that one bed which was really difficult. It would be helpful, if you could consider this point for future planning of trips.
