Wykeham Lakes Fishery的点评
点评：While staying in Scarborough i thought i would give Wykeham trout lake a try, i paid for a half day ticket, the water was quite clear and the fishing areas gave you relatively good casting clearance, i was the only person fishing the lake apart from one other person, after about 4hrs of fishing on various flies and not even getting a single take i was about to give up, i but giving it one last change of tactics i was finally started to catch some fish, admittedly the first fish to take my lure was a pike which was fun trying to remove the lure, but after that i managed to get nine rainbow trout to the net, they only have catch and release tickets which is fine with me, all the fish caught were two- three pounds, all were in healthy condition and good fighting fish, it's not the best trout lake I've visited, but id give it another go if in the area.
