点评:From start to finish the beginners bread making course i attended was a great day. We began by learning about different grains we were going to be using and their differences.
Stage one , the milling process was quickly followed by a step by step guide to combining the ingredients and getting to grips with the kneading process. With Victoria always on hand to advise you quickly get a feel for the dough and how best to achieve the desired result.
The hands on guidance was in my opinion an invaluable insight you just don't get from a recipe book. When , with practice you get it right, the feedback comes from your own hands and 'feel' when the dough is right.
We were a small group so lots of one to one time , plus time to chat over an excellent light lunch (with own made flatbreads ! ) . The whole day was great and i am already thinking about a follow up course to top up my new found skills and enthusiasm.
For me it was a 10/10 experience. Thank you so much Canterbury Baking School
