Fantastic wines, great overall experience
Best's Wines Great Western的点评
点评：Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Best’s. Iconic brand with a wonderful history as pioneer of the wine industry and not just regionally.
Self guided tour was really cool, you can take a step back in time and at your own pace. Back upstairs and into the tasting room, a wonderfully curated experience. We got to sample some new introductions as well as some old staples. The quality of both are unquestionable, from recently introduced blanc de noir bubbles and a wonderfully playful and approachable Riesling to their stable of high quality reds. Unquestionably the Thompson (disclosure…. I did not have the pleasure of sampling this time) and Bin ‘O are world class, but some of their mid range are awesome both in quality and value. Carly took us through the tasting and was informative, engaging and we were lucky to have her as our host (I dare you to her Finnish language skills:). The whole team from introduction and tour through to purchases were proficient and extremely welcoming. Definitely a convert to the wine club given the breadth and quality of the wine line up as well as the service making it a great overall experience. This was our first winery in our visit to the Grampians/Pyrenees area a region which has many quality wineries. Our visit to Best’s set a high benchmark for the rest of the trip. Thank you 🙏
