点评：Staff here were simply amazing.
We had taken a day trip to Arran at the start of July and found out around 4pm that all ferries had been cancelled for the rest of the day due to high winds - therefore stranded on the island.
The ladies were really really helpful in calling around in an attempt to secure rooms/ beds to stay for the people like us who were suddenly stuck on the island with nowhere to stay.
During the twenty mins I was in ICentre, they called around managed to secure a room for my wife and i in a local B&B, beds at a nearby youth hostel for several young people and they were in the process at trying to secure somewhere for another couple who had just come in shorty before we left.
The ladies went over and above in my opinion and I just want to say thank you on behalf of everyone you helped that day.
You are very much appreciated. X
It has been our intention to buy of box of chocolates and drop them off the next day however we managed to get on the 8.20am ferry the next day before the ICentre had even opened. Will drop them off the next time we are across. Thanks again.
