Franconia Sculpture Park的点评
点评：Absolutely worth the drive from Twin Cities!!!! In the world we live in today, with AI, the appreciation of human made art seems to be taking a nose dive and YET- here is this GEM of a place shining thru- Franconia! I was so happy to make the trip out to here during on vaca in the twin cities. This place just oozes soul, human made art & just amazing vibes. From the welcoming woman at the front desk, to the beautiful gift shop full of human made art work to buy to the actual sculptures. I was welcomed with a little intro with a map & told to just enjoy the place!
I don’t know to explain this place other than just magical. The fun part of art is you don’t have to get what it is but you can take from it however you want. The massive 50 acres is open for you to explore, take photos, soak in the art. They have many massive sculptures all around the park to check out. A couple pieces really spoke to me. It took me about 1 hour to see it all, then, I went back for a 2nd walk thru to enjoy it all again.
I don’t know how to put it other than I came expecting cool art but left with my soul refreshed. It was so peaceful to just wander about the massive area with the map in hand trying to find all the pieces. Just such a amazing place supporting art & good vibes all around.
Summer tips-
- bring sunscreen. Not a lot of shade & you are cooking out in a open field 85% of the time
- water bottle! Water to help with the heat / walking. They do have a water refill station in the welcome center!
- dress comfortable and GOOD walking shoes
General tips-
- bring a camera! You’ll want photos!
- do purchase some beautiful human made art pieces in the gift shop & support this amazing place!

实在难以形容，我原本只是抱着看看酷炫艺术品的期望而去，离开时却感觉心灵得到了净化。手握地图，在这片广阔的区域内漫步，努力寻找每一件作品，那种感觉真是宁静又美妙。这真是一个绝妙的地方，处处都洋溢着对艺术的热爱与美好氛围。
夏日游玩小贴士：
- 带上防晒霜。这里荫凉处不多，85%的时间你都需要在开阔的场地上暴晒。
- 带上水瓶！补充水分有助于应对炎热天气以及长途行走。欢迎中心里确实设有饮水机哦！
- 穿着舒适的衣服，再配上好走的鞋子吧。
一些小建议：
- 别忘了带相机！你一定会想要拍照留念的！
- 一定要在纪念品商店买些精美的人造艺术品，以此来支持这个很棒的地方吧！
