点评：Upon arrival to the course, it was obvious the golf staff had a bad attitude and not helpful or accommodating to simple questions we had. We have been golfing for over 30 years, and never had to sign a waiver asking for personal info including email, cell etc. The waiver had a lot of info to read on their small screen in a short time which was annoying as we wanted to warm up and make our tee time. That waiver haunted me throughout the game and I realized they would probably sell our personal info so I returned to the pro shop and asked them not to sell or share any of my info. The pro said he would pass on my request as otherwise it would be sold.
Over the last week since we’ve returned, I’ve been suddenly getting spam calls from Great Britain and the Netherlands which has never happened before. Call it a coincidence, however, I don’t trust they didn’t sell all of our info. Be ware, arrive early to read thru the waiver, as far as we’re concerned, we’ve been scammed by Loral Bay.
The course had an excessive number of sand traps especially around the greens. If you decide to go, sharpen your lob shot as it’s the only way to get to most greens over the traps. Parts of the course were scenic, however, they are building a lot of homes and high density housing if you don’t care for that view while golfing Cobble Beach is a wonderful alternative. Bottom line, we will not return and I wanted to share our experience so others can be informed.
