Jubilations Dinner Theatre的点评
点评：I am very disappointed with Jubilations (Edmonton). It has been over 2 weeks and I cannot get over how I have been treated..I had a gift certificate for my 70th Birthday for 2. I had made reservations end of December/24 for Feb 16/25(Sunday).Unfortunately I transposed the date on my PAPER Calendar to Feb19/25(Wed). I got messages from Jubilations about my reservations with the Feb 16th date but I kept thinking Feb 19th (paper calendar). I was very surprised when they called me on Sunday Feb 16th and asked where I was.
I am at fault being that you need 48 hours to cancel BUT I thought I was going on Wednesday Feb 19th. I spoke to a manager 2 days after and they refused to honour my gift certificate for the upcoming Wednesday. REALLY I checked Wednesday and there were many seats available and if I would of attended I would of spent even more dollars on beverages. I cannot believe the short sightness of this company. Further they have taken my $120.22 as complete profit. They didn't precook a meal just penalized for a missed reservation.
I have loved Jubilations and attended many shows over the last 25 years
I am so very hurt by this decision.
