Ile Aux Cerfs Golf Club的点评
点评：Had already booked a tee time by email, ahead of my trip to Mauritius. I was staying at Sunrise attitude hotel approximately 20 minutes ride away from the golf club. My tee time was 9am and i was picked up by hotel shuttle bus at 7.30. We picked up another couple from another hotel. ( lovely French couple who I ended up playing with)
You get taken to a parking area and it’s a 300m walk to the boat. Had a short 10 minute wait and it’s probably 10 mins on boat to Ile aux Cerfs.
There are caddy carts to take you to clubhouse reception or a 5 minute walk. Was greeted at reception and paid around 13,500 Mur. £220 I think or thereabouts. This was for 18 holes, buggy and club hire. I always take balls,tees and glove etc with me.
Caddy master asked my handicap and I was supplied with some Callaway Elyte irons and woods and putter.
Played off white tees. The course was in very good condition. Some decent carries off tees to clear water and rough. Course is fairly tight but not as bad as some people have said in other reviews. Few elevated greens. Only gripe would be the greens were slightly inconsistent, some slower and some quicker.
Enjoyable course that you would definitely benefit from playing twice so you know where and where not to go.
Clubhouse lovely with some good views.
Take plenty of water or lager and obviously a hat and sun cream!
