点评:We went to see the water show. We’re not sure if it was a special occasion, but it was crazy, crazy busy.
You must check all your electronics, and i mean ALL, in the cloakroom, but it’s legit, and you do get them back. They don’t allow any cell phones, smart watches, cameras, nothing into the temple. You’re only allowed a small purse or wallet and a water bottle – that’s it, not even over-the-shoulder bags or backpacks. So, this adds to the chaos at the entrance because it’s very busy going to the cloakroom.
Once you’re in though, it’s nice, with beautiful architecture. The water show was very good – entertaining for sure. We left just before the show ended because we anticipated incredible chaos at the cloakroom once the show was officially over. We’re not exactly sure what that would’ve looked like, but we were glad to beat the crowd.
Just outside the temple there are a number of good places to eat like haldiram’s. It also looked like there was a small food court area in the temple. There are bathroom facilities all around the complex – but at any sites in india, always make sure to have toilet paper in your pocket – most sites don’t have any.
