Howell Family Pumpkin Farm - Howells Farm的点评
点评：Howells has a lot of attractions for all ages. They have many things to do. I like the fact that it is fairly well lit after dark. We arrived before 5 PM, so the price was cheaper, which I thought was a great incentive.
A couple of negative things to say, however, they have two full serviced bathrooms that were very dirty. There was not a maintenance schedule that other establishments have that it is checked for cleanliness every hour or two. A friend of mine complained that the toilet paper was out in one bathroom, however, two hours later, it was still lacking toilet paper. And it was still very very dirty. The other negative thing was the food lines. They do have a large variety of food choices, which I thought was good, however, I waited in line for half an hour to get our french fries and then I had to go to another booth to get a hotdog or a hamburger and that line was 35 minutes long. On busy evenings such as the night that I went, they need to have another barbeque or another way to cook the quantity of food that was required for the number of people that were there. There were a lot of angry people waiting for food. I brought a boy, who has autism with me, and waiting an hour for supper was a challenge.
If they just tweak these two things, bathrooms and food lines, I think they will definitely be an even better place to come and visit.
